Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead our brand development initiatives, drive strategic positioning, and strengthen our presence across international markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and a strong understanding of global branding principles in the B2B IT and Accounting sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and international market positioning (US, Canada, Europe).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing collateral, proposals, and client communications.
  • Conduct market research to understand international client perceptions, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in IT, SaaS, and accounting consulting.
  • Manage the creation of compelling brand assets, content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership), and campaigns that resonate with B2B international audiences.
  • Oversee digital branding efforts, including website content, social media presence, and online reputation management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to integrate brand strategy into all client-facing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Manage agency relationships for PR, creative, or digital marketing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the B2B SaaS, IT, or professional services sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of branding for consulting services and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies for international markets (specifically US, Canada, Europe).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and brand performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional international environment.
