Position Title: Senior Manager – Organizational Development

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Organizational Development to lead our OD function and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and talent readiness. This role will play a critical part in transforming our people strategy, shaping the employee experience, and ensuring our organization is structured for scale and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

OD Strategy & Design
Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans. -
Leadership Development & Succession Planning
Lead programs for leadership development, coaching, and succession planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline. -
Change Management
Design and execute change management frameworks to support organizational transformation and employee engagement during transitions. -
Culture & Engagement
Partner with leadership to assess, reinforce, and evolve company culture. Design and oversee employee engagement initiatives based on data insights. -
Competency Frameworks
Build and institutionalize competency models to guide recruitment, performance management, and learning strategies. -
Performance Management
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems that promote accountability and development. -
Organizational Assessments
Lead diagnostics such as employee surveys, organizational health assessments, and skills gap analysis. Use findings to influence strategy and action. -
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to drive impactful organizational outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/OD, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven success in leading OD, culture transformation, or change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational psychology, systems thinking, and talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in OD, Change Management or Coaching are a plus.
