HR Officer

As an HR Officer at Axiom Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating and organizing training and development programs.
  • Assisting in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handling general HR administration tasks.
  • Supporting in HRIS implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Tech Company as a Recruiter/HR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
